Announced Open PTO Policy Where Employee Take Off as Much Time as Needed
Lexington, Ky. (May 7, 2019) — NetGain Technologies is delighted to announce that the company has won the 2019 Best Places to Work award, bestowed upon 100 select companies headquartered across the state of Kentucky. The reward is based upon anonymous employee survey data, compiled by the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM), and Lifestyle Health Plans. NetGain has been a recipient of the coveted annual award for five consecutive years, which has now earned the company a place in the Hall of Fame.
NetGain’s corporate values list – posted in all their offices and for which employees are rewarded weekly for demonstrating – makes clear why the company consistently wins the Best Places to Work award.
