After best year, managed IT services provider NetGain Technologies expects continued progress in 2013
Lexington, Ky. (December 18, 2012) — NetGain Technologies is concluding one of its best years in its 28 year history and projecting continued progress for 2013. Among key areas of growth are unified communication and collaboration business, up 36%; managed services, up 43 percent; and storage and virtualization solutions, up 87 percent.
In addition to the overall growth of its managed services, NetGain Technologies has expanded this program — Technology OneSource — to include a 24x7x365 offering. This solution provides comprehensive management of the client’s technology and the new, optional 24×7 HelpDesk service component was added as a response to client needs.
“Offering this service at all hours of the day will allow organizations to receive immediate help with their technology issues at any time,” explained Rob Wildman, Vice President of Operations for NetGain Technologies. “We are excited for those organizations to leverage this unique offering. Not all managed service providers have this type of capability.”
Growing via acquisition as well, NetGain Technologies recently purchased IntraSource, a Lexington-based solutions provider with 28 years in business. The transition process is complete as systems are integrated and all IntraSource team members now work from NetGain Technologies’ Lexington headquarters.

With the addition of the IntraSource team, as well as several new local engineers hired to accommodate expanded services, NetGain Technologies has effectively grown its staff by 13 percent.
