Lexington, Ky. (October 9, 2012) — NetGain Technologies is pleased to announce its acquisition of IntraSource located in Lexington, KY.
“NetGain Technologies and IntraSource have both been in business for 28 years and have a lot of deep relationships with clients,” said Jason Jacobson, Director of Corporate Development, who arranged the acquisition. “By acquiring IntraSource, we now have the opportunity to extend our focus of creating happy clients to their long-time relationships. As two of Lexington’s oldest IT solution providers, NetGain Technologies and IntraSource are coming together to better serve the needs of businesses in the Bluegrass. NetGain Technologies intends to keep the current IntraSource team in place as they will continue to work with their clients.
